Ok, I'm going to let you in and to follow my journey during the next 3 months as i bite the bullet and get fit... No more talking about it or thinking, i have a beautiful daughter and partner and having a very sad, confused sister who hates me when all i want to do is share the lo've is all the motivation i need!
