Welcome to a New and Unimaginable World

This website is one that I find myself going back to. It is "out there" as far as some would say, channeling information from E.T.'s and Angels, who say they are coming soon to help us with the changes of Earth and the whole 2012 thing. But the thing is, some of this stuff is happening. Mass arrests of bankers and CEO's, physical symptoms they refer to as the waves of energy changing our bodies, and waves of love that are being sent to bring about ascension and "The Golden Age " that is 2012. It is not doom and gloom and that is a refreshing change of pace. The focus seems to be to stay calm, and project love to others and the planet

Welcome to a New and Unimaginable World

2012 March 27

Posted by Steve Beckow

Welcome to a new and unimaginable world, taking shape before our very eyes. What world am I talking about? I’m talking about the New Age expected to begin after a planetary transformation on or before Dec. 21, 2012.

Predictions of what the 2012 community calls “Ascension” are reaching us from the Earth’s own spiritual hierarchy, the star nations here to help us, Earth’s scientists, and planetary intuitives.

At an early but unknown date, we can expect a world leader (possibly President Obama) to disclose the fact that human beings from other star systems are here, in spacecraft around our planet – some cloaked, some in other dimensions – and that evolved life exists in many places in the universe.

We’re soon to be joined by family.

Following disclosure, a coalition of Light forces composed of humans from hundreds of star nations and Earth’s ascended masters, which David Wilcock playfully calls “management,” (1) will join us to address the deficiencies in the world situation caused by Earth’s former dark controllers.

The dark ones, who brought us 9/11, tsunamis, earthquakes, volcanic activity, chemtrails, pandemics, and all manner of other destructive events, will find themselves held accountable.

We’ll have a new “wisdom economy” or “abundance program” which some refer to as NESARA (National Economic Security and Reformation Act). The coalition of Light will give us technology that will address our economic difficulties and bring us a new lifestyle marked by ease and empowerment.

The Earth will be terraformed; pollution will be eradicated; and a temperate climate will prevail around the world.

The coalition of Light will equip us to “pass through the eye of the needle” in 2012, leaving our dualistic consciousness behind and sporting a new, unitive consciousness. If you’ve ever seen or heard an enlightened teacher (Eckhart Tolle or Adyashanti would be good examples), that’s how we’ll look and sound after 2012.

I personally follow most closely the messages coming from channelers, but also the terrestrial commentary coming from the 2012 community of scientists, whistleblowers, and intuitives. The channeled sources already live in Fifth-Dimensional consciousness (and higher) and so I prefer their version of events.

You’ll notice two themes are followed on this site: the first is the overthrow of the Earth’s secret governments, known to themselves as the Illuminati, though none are illuminated, and known to others as the New World Order, the shadow state, the military-industrial complex, the dark cabal, etc.

That overthrow will appear to be a “time of troubles,” during which the dark will use all its technology to cause earthquakes (Haiti, Chile and Japan are examples), modify weather, sow chemtrails, spread pandemics, start wars, misrepresent the galactics, create fear, and in other ways try to disrupt and defeat the (I’m told) “unstoppable” plan for 2012 Ascension.

The dark forces are up to so much mischief that I’ve written two articles on this site simply listing their misdeeds: “I Accuse” and “The Black Hats Must Go.” They provide an overview of the extent of their murderous and treasonous actions.

The economy they created will utterly collapse, to be simultaneously replaced by the wisdom economy.

The second theme is the increase in the light energy that is occurring because the coalition of Light are preparing us to open to transformation by 2012 or sooner.

It may be confusing to some to see these two themes running simultaneously. Some articles will trace the fall of the cabal and others the rise of the new society and economy. I hope readers will be able to keep the two movements straight.

A compendium of quotes on all aspects of the changes expected in the run-up to 2012 can be found at First Contact, located at http://www.angelfire.com/space2/light11/fc/fc-index1.html. Many articles as well can be found in the righthand column of this site.

During the time of troubles, I’m determined to help the coalition of Light push this dark elite out of the corridors of power. Please don’t be alarmed. I’m not advocating violence or retribution. But I won’t rest until the Black Hats have left the scene or turned their hats around.

Please note that I do not consider President Barack Obama to be a Black Hat, but one of the strongest Lightworkers on the planet today. He has my unequivocal support and unabashed loyalty.

I draw on a background of historical, cross-cultural, and enlightenment studies, years spent as a refugee adjudicator, time spent researching life on the spirit planes, study of the space coalition’s messages, and a commitment to truth. Nonetheless I am not an enlightened author and am not qualified to be, nor do I wish to be considered, a spiritual teacher.

Writing is my passion. Without your readership and the Internet, I could not be doing this.

So thank you for stopping by and for opening up to the 2012 scenario. Every additional awakened Lightworker increases the ease with which the transition to Fifth-Dimensional consciousness can be accomplished.

Namaste,

Lucid Dreaming - Ive been doing this for years

Im so happy there is so much out there now about Lucid Dreaming - I can totallly connect with it!

The only way I use to connect with other people about my dreaming was to explain to them it was like watching "Nightmare on Elm Street" where they go to sleep then the dream comes real! Not the best example but the only one out there all those years ago!

This is how I can DREAM!

Many disguises of Sugar

Food manufactures use many different forms of sugar in their products and some you may not be familiar with.

THE SAFE SWEETNERS

There are many fake sugars out there. Most of them I wouldn’t feed to a pot plant. After a full year of researching the options, I’ve chosen to work with these three mostly safe sweeteners.

Stevia Made from stevioside (which is 300 times sweeter than sugar) and rebaudioside (450 times sweeter than sugar). Stevia comes as a liquid or mixed with eurythitol to form a granule. Most stevia granules you can use as you would sugar, although I tend to use a little less, because that’s my taste preference these days.

If you’re using the liquid form, keep in mind these conversions:

1 cup sugar/granulated stevia = 1 teaspoon liquid stevia
1 tablespoon sugar/granulated stevia = 6-9 drops liquid stevia
teaspoon sugar/granulated stevia = 2-4 drops liquid stevia

Rice malt syrup You can use this in place of sugar or honey in recipes, roughly in a 1:1 ratio (eg 1 cup for 1 cup). Some folk say it’s less sweet than honey and sugar. I beg to differ…and have tended to put less of it in my recipes than many would. Perhaps it’s because my taste buds have shifted!

Glucose, also known as dextrose David Gillespie is a big fan of dextrose for baking. It’s generally referred to as glucose syrup and you can find it in most supermarkets (in the baking section).

When converting your own recipe, bear this in mind:
1. replace sugar for dextrose 1:1 (eg 1 cup for 1 cup)
2. increase the wet ingredients and use an extra egg
3. don’t over-beat once flour has been added
4. watch it doesn’t burn 5. and don’t store too long (and store in the fridge); sugar is a preservative, dextrose isn’t.

Keeping Your Energy Clear Of Others; Self Defense For Empaths

As am empath you have to be aware of what kind of energy you are taking on at all times. Unfortunately, when it comes to energy and our ability to absorb it, there really is not what is known as a safe place.

There are a couple of effective techniques that can make the outside world a much easier place to endure as an empath. The main objective for an empath is to remain only in their own energy and avoid taking on what others are putting out there for the world.

Crowds can be very difficult for me and I often found myself living like a recluse because I didn’t like the way I felt when I went into the outside world. Interaction with others felt overwhelming, often left me tired, and drained after only a few minutes. Upon discovering that I was an empath, I went in search of how to “turn it off”. I can’t say that I have found a way to turn it off but I have found two very effective ways of making life a great deal easier on myself and I can even go out with friends and have dinner now without feeling as if I have been run over by a truck.

Pulling Your Energy Back To Yourself

Just as other go around pouring their energy wherever they go; so do empaths. As it reaches out to others around us, it picks up all of their emotions and physical ailments returning them to the empath who then carries them around unaware that they have a headache because the woman in the grocery store line behind them had a headache.

Before entering a crowd or if you are like me, before encountering others in general, take a moment and pull your energy back to yourself. Sounds complicated but it is amazingly easy and fast.

Take a deep breath in and let it out. Now, simply list five undisputable facts about yourself such as the color of your eyes, how many pets you have, maybe you adore chocolate (this is always on my list). It doesn’t matter what you list just as long as these are facts that nobody can dispute, most of all, your rational mind when you doubt what you say. You don’t have to say it aloud, you just have to focus on you and your energy comes back to you. If you find while going through the grocery store that you are feeling on edge or the energy just feels off, do this exercise again until you feel only yourself and not the man across the aisle that is glaring at the cans of tomato soup.

One you list your facts take two or three more deep breaths and you will notice your body feels more at ease. Just as we are most comfortable in our own skin, we are also most comfortable in our own energy.

Because most of us, myself included, are not always alert and we do let our guard down, does not mean that we have to remain stuck with that energy. Every empath should know how to clear their energy and should do so at least once a day if not twice.

Long Version Clearing

If you are familiar with chakras this is my favorite exercise for clearing as it seems to get all the garbage out of my energy. I never go to bed without doing this, I find I sleep deeper and more peaceful when I do this and I also, find that I wake up in the morning feeling good instead of wanting to hide under the covers for the entire day.

Take a deep breath in and out before and after each step:

Visual a tube attached to your root chakra, before you begin clearing it will be full of light, now visualize the other end of this tube going deep into the center of the earth.

Allow your chakra to open up and begin pouring out all energy that is not yours and is not serving your highest good. I often see this negative energy come out looking a bit like sludge but visual this low energy coming out in any way that feels right to you. Watch it all come out in your mind’s eye and only stop when nothing but light is pouring through that tube again.

Continue up each chakra as described above until all run clear. The first few times you do this, it will take you quite some time (average first time is about fifteen to twenty minutes) but the more you do this, the less time it will take you. I am known to be standing in line to get a cup of coffee and do this when the crowd gets a little crazy.

One last deep breath and feel how much more at ease both your body and mind feel.

Short Version Clearing

If you are not familiar with chakras then use this method. While in the shower, let the water run over your body, as the water runs over you, visualize it washing off all of the negative energy from the day and sending it down the drain. Focus on your body and allowing your body to let go of anything that is not your own energy and anything that is not serving your highest good. End with a couple of deep breaths.

These simple steps can make life not only easier to get through each day but you will find yourself feeling physically and emotionally better the more you use these tools to get rid of outside energy.

An empath does not and should not become a recluse; instead learn some basic steps to set energetic boundaries and keep your energy clear of hitchhikers.

INCREASING ENERGY AWARENESS and PERCEPTION

By Michael R. Smith

Increasing Energy Awareness and Perception

Each day, in every way, we affirm that we are moving toward becoming more empowered in our gifts and abilities. An empowered empath is defined as "a person, who having intentionally cultivated their gifts of energy perception, uses those skills with awareness and discernment to help and heal other people."
Intentionally cultivating gifts of energy perception is an important skill that requires the use of our most important tool: the human body.

The human body is a fully-equipped Divine instrument which will answer the empath's mantra "What reason do I have to feel this way?" The process of forming a relationship with the body's energetic sensors is the first and most important phase in the development of an empowered empath, and this phase we call becoming a spiritual detective. In order to be a good spiritual detective, we must have energetic awareness first. The only way we can achieve awareness is through a clean and clear physical body.

Becoming a Hollow Bone

In his excellent book, Fools Crow: Wisdom and Power, Thomas Mails, a white man, was allowed to capture the beliefs of one of the most sacred Native American Sioux holy men, Fools Crow. Through a series of interviews, Fools Crow explained how spiritual power works. Indigenous healers think of themselves as hollow tubes or "hollow bones" through which spiritual power flows, and they go through cleansing rituals to remove all doubt or fear that would impede healing. Then they are able to experience power as it comes surging into them and give the power away in the knowledge that as they are emptied out, Higher Powers will keep filling them with even greater power to be given away.

Fools Crow describes what many empaths experience. "Some people think we are chosen for this while we are still in our mother's womb," he said. "We have strange feelings, and we think about the Higher Powers more than other children do. We go apart and contemplate what is happening to us. It is like we have bodies that are covered with holes through which the Spirits enter and fill us, and out of which our prayers and desires go up to them."

Empaths are people who walk in two different worlds: the world of 'Spirit' and the world of Earth. That's one of the reasons why our journeys can be so difficult and laden with obstacles to being grounded to Earth. We feel completely at home in the world of Spirit; we miss it and we long for our Spirit friends. Compared to spiritual matters, Earthly matters are dense, darker, and full of lower vibratory energies. And because of that, many of us disassociate. We lose touch with our bodies.

For those of us who have become disassociated because our nervous systems have been on overdrive, big chunks of us are trapped or hanging out too much in the world of Spirit. When we are disassociated, we are barely present in our bodies. We don't notice little pains or even little pleasures that want to offer us messages. Getting present in your body is critical for proper functioning in this Earth world and for fulfilling your mission to help other people. (There is a shamanic process called Soul retrieval that some healers practice, which helps you to be more in your body and more grounded).
Quantum physics can teach us a great deal about ourselves. The law of conservation of energy states that energy cannot be created nor destroyed, it only changes states. All the energy that ever existed, in all of time, is currently present in this Universe. Energy never goes away. It is just moved around. It moves from place to place, from person to person, from sun to Earth, from Earth to moon, from moon to water, from water to fire, from fire to rocks, and so on.
And if you're an empath, energy will certainly be physically moving between other people and you. Empowered empaths have learned skills of energy maneuvering. This includes the knowledge of how to freely move with energy when called for, and also how to say 'no' to it if it's hurting you. You must learn how to allow energy to move out of you to a place where it won't hurt you or anyone else. The only way you can do that is by being grounded. That's the precursor to being a good spiritual detective.

Think of how lightning works; it only can move from the sky to the Earth if there is a 'ground' for it to discharge into. The same rule applies to your human body. If you aren't grounded, the energy will not be able to move in your body or discharge back into the Earth. If you're spending most of your days floating out in the spirit world and not enough as a grounded human being, you're setting yourself up energetically for a lot of hurt. You'll have a lot of accumulated energy and nowhere to discharge it.

I do believe that we can adapt and cope with our sensitivity, but we can't turn it off. Most of the misery of my clients comes from the frustration of banging their heads against the wall in the effort to be less sensitive.

So if we can't turn off our sensitivity or become less sensitive, what can we do to cope? In The Complete Empath Toolkit, we explore a multitude of practices that engage the body's divine energy discharge systems so that you will be happy, healthy, and perhaps for the first time in your entire life, you will know the liberating feeling of being in your body and experiencing it as your ally and friend. With applied daily practice, you can become an empowered empath, and share your sparkly, clean, Divine authentic self with the world, and healing others in the process!

16 COMMON TRAITS OF AN EMPATH

Here 16 common traits of an Empath. Remember that these are generalisations and they may not always be obvious.

1. Empaths are quiet achievers but expressive in area’s of emotional connection. They find that talking about emotional issues is a great outlet that aids in undertanding themselves and others.

2. Some empaths can be the opposite of what an empath ‘should’ be because they are overwhelmed or unable to handle emotion and what they feel in the world around them so they block their feelings.

3. They can be focused outward, toward what others feel, rather than themselves. This is a common trait to many people who have not gone through a process of self development.
(Try the Key To Life Manual for more on this topic)

4. They avoid disharmony caused by emotionally turbulent situations. This type of situation can easily create an uncomfortable feeling because an empath feels this emotion.

5. Empaths are emotionally sensitive to violence and general chaos.

6. Empaths are sensitive to loud noise and televison. In particular, television programs that depict emotional drama like the news and police shows.

7. Thery struggle to comprehend acts of cruelty and crime that involves hurting others.

8. They struggle to comprehend suffering in the world and are often idealists who theorise about fixing the worlds problems.

9. Are often found working as volunteers, with people, animals or the environment.

10. They are expressive so they can often be found in areas of music or the arts.

11. They often have the ability to draw others to them. This includes children and animals as they have a warmth and compassion that is beyond normal You may find that strangers always talk to you if you are an empath.

12. They can be good listeners as they generally have an interest in other people.

13. Empaths can be moody or have large mood swings due to overwhelming thoughts, feelings and emotion.

14. They are likely to have had, other paranormal experiences in their life. This could be astral projection, psychic ability or a variety of other experiences.

15. Empaths are daydreamers that have difficulty keeping focused. This is common with people who deal more IN emotion and neglect other area’s of their mind.

16. Like many people on a spiritual path Empaths frequently experience déjà vu and synchronicities. This is something that occurs to everyone however empaths are often more aware and therefore ‘look out’ for it.

Early Beginnings - I am an Empath

I have 'felt different' and have had an interest in spirituality ever since I remember! Throughout my life, I have always been very perceptive, and naturally intuitive - picking up on other people’s energy and moods. Now I know that this is because I am a 'sensitive' or ‘empath’, who absorbs other's energies and also that of world events.

I always used to feel that when I looked into people's eyes, it was like I could see their soul and understand them at a very deep and private level, like brushing past all the walls, fears and facades and looking into their inner innocence and truth – their pure essence, or core within, and also what they might be hiding to the world.

Now I feel much more at home with it all, as millions of lightworkers are waking up all around the world to share their gifts, love and light to humanity and globe at this period of great transition and profound spiritual enlightenment on earth. Have you felt this shift, like something is in the air, and profoundly changing within you, your relationships, and the world?

HOW DO I PROTECT MYSELF?

Around your physical body, there is a layer of your aura that is devoted to your interface with your environment. Its shape and condition indicate your relationship to your world. People who are empaths often have a "thin skin" in relation to their shield body. When it has holes in it, we are more easily influenced by our environment. Visualize a shield of energy around your physical body. See is as radiant and complete. You may see it as a particular color. Some people like to see it as white or gold. Decide what color would work well for you, and see it that way. Imagine the shield body as flowing and moving..not static we are developing a shield here..not armor. It is good for it to be flexible, so you can let in what serves you, and keep out what doesn't. Snap your fingers to hold it in place. Do this exercise regularly.

Another thing that I have found exceptionally helpful, it to carry around a boji stone. This remarkable stone has been proven by Kirlian photography to seal the auric field if kept on the person for 3 days or more.

Center of Being

Once you have the shield body in place, imagine that there is a spark in the center of your being that is your pure essence. Focus your attention on the spark, being all your senses to bear. Also be aware of your sensations, emotions and thoughts. First try this when you are alone, and then, after a time, practice it around others. See if you can switch your awareness from your environment to your self, and back again. Notice the difference between the two.

What Is An Empath? I AM ONE

An Empath is a person who can psychically tune in to the emotional experience of a person, place or animal. In the paranormal and in some works of science fiction and fantasy, highly developed empathy is a psychic ability to sense the emotions of others and often highly aware of the health and state of mind of their loved ones, no matter how physically near or far away the individuals may be. It can be challenging for empaths to function healthily in society if they are unaware that they have this sensitivity and often opt to be alone.

Most empaths are often in the dark about their innate gifts but the more developed ones are sometimes called in by the police to help track a murderous pedophile or other heinous criminal because they are able to take on the tortured emotions of the assailant. Utilizing Clairempathy, a type of telepathy to sense or feel within one's self, the attitude, emotion or ailment of another person or entity.

They are sensitive to the visible as well as the invisible and pick up on body language, tone of voice, body movements, the words people choose when they speak, the words they avoid, the logic they use; and the hidden things that only an empath can sense inside another person. It is not uncommon for an empath to "freak out" for no apparent reason, only to discover later that a friend or family member went through some sort of trauma at that exact moment. So essentially an empath is someone whose feeling sensory is extraordinarily heightened, meaning they receive the majority of their psychic input from what they feel.

Since they're being assaulted constantly by emotions which do not originate internally, they can't figure out why they feel the way that they do, and therefore can't address the core issues. Since empathy isn't something you can really ditch it's sometimes difficult to sort out what the Empath truly feels in a given situation or what they are taking on from someone else. This can prove to be very confusing!

Emotions that create powers that have been known to be God like in nature. Emotions that build on inside only to be shared with those around you. Emotional empaths are so sensitive that they can absorb the negative emotions of others in their body, and actually take it on. So when an empath is around somebody who is anxious, they can actually absorb that energy into their body, when it isn't even their own anxiety.

Empaths are born, and they’re born unskilled and are generally very understanding of others and their positions, and often times will ask questions rather than make snap judgments, or intuitively seem to 'know' there is more to a story than what meets the eye. They are sensitive to TV, videos, movies, news and broadcasts. Violence or emotional dramas depicting shocking scenes of physical or emotional pain inflicted on adults, children or animals can bring an empath easily to tears.

Empaths are people who don’t “read” the future, or predict it they “read” people, and their energy although sometimes it depends on the person being read, too. They're often problem solvers, thinkers, and studier's of many things. As far as empaths are concerned, where a problem is, so too is the answer.

They are the psychic sponges of the world, soaking up all the psychic and emotional static that other people give off. Being an Empath is one of the most common and most challenging of all the psychic gifts.

So as you can see being am empath can be both a blessing...and a curse!

7 SIGNS YOU'RE AN EMPATH

1. When in public, do you constantly feel overwhelmed with inexplicable emotions for which you can’t determine the reason?

Example. You drop by the mall one Saturday morning. You feel great. You get into the mall, walk past a crowd of people -- and start feeling a bit strangely. It can be anything; you can feel very down, very angry, very sad, very excitable. (The key word here is very.) And you won’t have any explanation for it, you'll just feel it. In other words, you’ve suddenly gone Bi-Polar without actually having the biological deficiency that causes it. And what’s worse, you can’t turn it off. You can carry on, trying to ignore it, but eventually it will be so overwhelming to the point you just want to go home and be alone. This is the reality of an Empath – one who hasn’t yet learned how to block other people’s emotions out. Being around other people is such a harrowing experience that most of them prefer to keep their own company, living the life of a hermit. And they usually find it very much worth it.

2. Do you experience other people's physical ailments?

This is most common with those you have an emotional connection with, but can occur with anyone. A very good example of this would be suddenly feeling very lethargic and fatigued for no reason, and having to remain in bed for a day or two. You’re not sick – not really. You’re not ill. Yet, you feel that you are. Profoundly. You later find out that your “illness” coincided with a lover or family member’s sudden fatigue (resulting from legitimate illness) even though they were in another country at the time and you had no idea until after the fact. Symptoms can also manifest in the form of chest pains, cramps, migraines, etc. You basically experience it all, without contracting the actual illness.

3. Do you feel overwhelmed when watching something horrible in real life or even on television?

This one sounds silly, but viewing the news or depressing commercials designed to induce sympathy and open wallets can debilitate an Empath for several hours. While most people get upset over homeless dogs and cats, an Empath will often feel like their hearts have been lanced. That’s a literal definition, by the way. It’s not something as shallow as sympathy or even ordinary empathy. It’s a feeling of guilt and moral empathy that cannot be easily assuaged. Crying is very common, and not just during that time of month when all the emotions are out of whack!

4. Do you ALWAYS know what someone really means?

In other words, can you always, always, always tell what it is someone meant to say to you? More importantly, can you tell why they didn’t? If an Empath is face to face with someone and has just been lied to -- they will know. And they will know why. They will know if the other person is trying to spare feelings; they will know if malice was involved. In other words, they will know the intent. You cannot lie in the face of an Empath and not be caught out. While they will not often be able to suss the specifics of what you’re hiding, they will know if you mean them well or not. No exceptions. This is more than good intuition and this isn’t a hunch; this is knowing.

5. Do you feel compelled to care for anyone in pain, no matter who they are and what they’ve done to you?

A true Empath cannot walk past someone suffering and not feel a need to stop and help that person. Homeless people can be particularly difficult, as they are everywhere and little can be done to help them unless the Empath has an occupation related to this. A true Empath feels compelled to go to anyone they feel pain from, be it angst or something physical. And a true Empath's compassion will usually be accepted on the spot: People in pain, regardless of how they might normally react to strangers, will receive an Empath with open arms. They know instinctively that their pain matters to them.

6. Do people open up to you – even if you don’t want them to?

Some Empaths are the new-agey peace-loving types who want to hold hands with everyone, but many just want to be alone because they have difficulty processing everything they absorb from other people. (This is usually because they have yet to realize their abilities and haven’t learned to deal with it yet.) For an Empath, however, putting on a grumpy face doesn't keep people they barely know from drawing near and seeking compassion and empathy from them. The ill, the suffering, the weak; they are all drawn to the unconditional understanding and compassion an Empath emits. And Empaths emit it whether they want to or not. That’s not to say Empaths can’t be mean and nasty people -- they surely can be. But those particular Empaths tend to be those with profound sensitivity who've broken down inside and have no other way of keeping other’s emotions at bay. Again, these are Empaths who don’t know of their abilities.

7. Can you heal?

Most Empaths have the ability to heal. Yes, that means physically. This isn’t about Reiki or any other alternative modality, though they may seem similar in concept. An Empath heals instinctively, usually by drawing the pain or ailment out and accepting it into their own bodies. For obvious reasons, this is not recommended for anyone who doesn’t know how to keep from becoming ill in the process. In today’s day and age, everyone seems to want to be psychic to some degree. That’s probably due our evolution of consciousness as human beings. Therefore, many people reading this will likely think themselves Empathic. I cannot stress the following enough: There is nothing fun about being an Empath. It’s often a very draining and miserable existence in which you feel like you have to be entirely alone in order to survive. It is not glamorous, it is not exciting and it is painful more often than not.

You're not crazy!

Being an Empath doesn't have to be so overwhelming, but this is not something most would aspire to so don't get upset if none of this rings true for you. Everyone's got "otherworldly talents" and you needn't be an Empath to excel in the realm of conscious endeavors. If you *are* an Empath, you will know this is you, you will not be saying “Hmm.. maybe… hmm…” If you feel (without hesitation!) these apply to you as I’ve just described, then also know there are ways of coping, and I’ll get into them in future articles. With a little self-awareness you can turn your curse into gift, especially when it comes to being able to ease the emotional and physical pain of others. For now, take consolation in the knowledge that you are not crazy!

Todays Card is.....?

This morning I pulled the " EMOTIONAL SENSITIVITY" card from DOREEN VIRTUES fantastic deck "ANGEL THERAPY ORACLE CARDS"

Honour and respect your deep sensitivity, as it is a gift to us all!

Have you been teased, or felt bad, about the fact that you’re extremely sensitive? If so, this card is the Angels’ reassurance of the positive qualities within your gift of sensitivity. For example, you accurately know whether or not a new acquaintance is trustworthy. The Angels are working with you to trust this feeling more often and not berate yourself if you’ve disallowed your intuition in the past.

You are peaceful by nature, so you naturally avoid conflict and other harsh energies. Ask your Angels to steer you toward other peace-loving people and keep all others away from you.

Honour your sensitivity by surrounding yourself with gentleness in your relationships, media choices, home life and work situation.

This deck of Angel Cards are wonderful and a joy to use too!

Have a Magical Day everyone!

Then, there's the Crystal Children

Then, there’s the Crystal Children.
My curiosity got the better of me and I aske Doreen Virtue a question about my 5 year old daughter Kobi. Kobi has so much passion and love inside of her every single day that I was starting to think it wasn't normal. How many times can someone say I love you so much in a day? Over 50 times a day I can hear this from her all in different ways. The hugs the apologies she gives me are the same that should be coming from an adult, not a 5 year old. She is very philosophical, I have no problems with her, and her relationship with the earth and the elderly just blows my mind away. And CUDDLES AND HUGS!!! Always always nearly every step I take she is there cuddling me, my leg or when I sit down for a cuppa tea, there she is hugging me then running off.

Doreen proceeded to tell me she is a Crystal Child:

The first thing that most people notice about them is their eyes—large, penetrating and wise beyond their years. The Crystal Children’s eyes lock on and hypnotize you, while you realize your soul is being laid bare for these children to see. Perhaps you've noticed this special new "breed" of children rapidly populating our planet. They are happy, delightful and forgiving. This generation of new lightworkers, roughly ages 0 through 7, are like no previous generation. Ideal in many ways, Crystal Children are the pointers for where humanity is headed . . . and it's a good direction! Crystal Children are quite the opposite. They’re among the most connected, communicative, caring and cuddly of any generation.

They are also quite philosophical and spiritually gifted. And they display an unprecedented level of kindness and sensitivity to this world. Crystal Children spontaneously hug and care for people in need.

Whenever I met them, I found myself falling in love with each young Crystal Child. Their hearts were as open and loving as any angel with whom I'd interacted. I found them unguarded and unpretentious. I'd go to sleep thinking about these children, and wake up with volumes of information given to me by the spirit world (or perhaps by the Crystal Children themselves) while I slept. Each morning, I'd wake up knowing more about the Crystal Children than I'd previously known the evening before! I began lecturing about the Crystal Children and found my audiences very receptive. Many of them were parents, grandparents, or teachers of these special youngsters. They instantly recognized their child's characteristics as I described them.

Just like humans have evolved from ape-like postures, the Crystal Children are concrete evidence that we're progressing in evolution. Secondly, I found crystal clear patterns among each survey respondent. I read dozens of similar stories about the Crystals and their relationships to animals, plants, rocks and the elderly, for instance. I poured over many stories with eerily similar accounts about children telepathically communicating with their parents . . . while eschewing verbal communication.

Most parents reported a happy relationship with their Crystal Child marked with very few problems. I heard from parents and grandparents around the globe as they described their Crystal as "an angel," "the love of my life," "a true joy," and so on. I noticed that not only were the Crystal Children highly spiritually sensitive, but so were their parents. The souls of Crystal Children were obviously selecting parents who could raise them in a spiritually nurturing environment. Occasionally, I met children who came through parents who were spiritually unaware. In these cases, their grandparents were highly evolved lightworkers who helped to protect and hone the child's spiritual knowledge and gifts. Most people told me that their Crystal Child was a profound spiritual teacher, who taught parents a great deal about being an exceptionally loving and kind person.

I and wouldn't want her any other way.

Quinoa, pumpkin and orange salad recipe

Ingredients

1 cup quinoa, rinsed in a fine sieve Sea salt 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 1½ brown onions, diced 1½ tbsp white wine vinegar 2 tbsp orange juice 200g pumpkin, peeled and grated 2 tbsp torn mint leaves 2 tbsp toasted pumpkin seeds (pepitas 1 tsp orange zest Freshly ground black pepper

Preparation Bring the quinoa, 1½ cups water and a pinch of sea salt to the boil in a saucepan over high heat. Reduce the heat, cover and simmer for 12 minutes, or until all the water has been absorbed. Allow to cool slightly before spooning into a large bowl to cool completely.

Heat the oil in a saucepan over low heat and sauté the onion with a pinch of sea salt for 7 minutes, or until caramelised. Add the vinegar and orange juice and simmer for 2 minutes. Add the pumpkin and heat through for 3 minutes. Remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly. Add the mixture to the quinoa with the mint, pumpkin seeds, orange zest and season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. Mix well and serve as a warm salad, or leave to cool completely.

Chocolate Nut Balls

Half a jar of almond spread

250g or so of organic nuts. (We used almonds, brazil nuts and walnuts for their hormonally healthful properties. We tried using a stab-mixer, but it turned them into a powder, so promptly switched to a large food processor).

1/2 cup of raw cacoa powder (to taste)

2 big handfuls of shredded coconut

1/2 a stick of organic salted unadulterated butter. Or use the whole packet (200-250g) if you don’t have coconut oil.

4-5 heaped tbls of coconut butter (coconut oil)

One or more of these flavours:

vanilla powder (or use vanilla essence)

licorice root tea (gives it a very distinct sweet kick)

stevia (Natvia granules) - 2-3 teaspoons

cinnamon

One or more of these, to adjust the consistency, if you need to or want to and have them in the fridge anyway:

almond meal

LSA

protein powder – we used one called 180 Natural Protein Superfood which contains organic whey, flaxseeds, coconut and psyllium husks…about 1/2-1 cup

a small handful of chia seeds

maca powder

acai powder

Blend the above in a bowl, using a metal spoon to “splodge” the coconut oil and butter through the dry stuff. Don’t be precise – chuck in what feels right. You can’t go wrong. It will go quite “wet” – this is because the coconut butter turns to oil. Add some extra dry “filler” stuff to adjust the consistency. The chia seeds will do this super well. Grab little handfuls and form into “balls” and plop (seriously, this is probably the wrong word given what they look like) on wax paper on a metal tray. Stick in the fridge for an hour, or if you’re impatient like us, in the freezer for 20 minutes.

Quinoa with Black Beans and Cumin

Ingredients

Serves: 10

1 teaspoon olive oil

1 onion, chopped

3 cloves garlic, chopped

125g quinoa

1 1/2 cups vegetable stock

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

185g sweet corn kernels

800g canned black beans, drained and rinsed

handful chopped fresh coriander

Preparation method

Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 35 mins

1. Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the onion and garlic and cook until lightly browned.

2. Add quinoa and vegetable stock. Season with cumin, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper. Bring the mixture to the boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes,

3. Add corn and simmer about 5 minutes until heated through. Mix in the black beans and coriander.

Note: Black turtle beans, or simply 'black beans' for short, are especially common in Latin American cuisine. High in fibre and packed with nutrients, they're a healthy addition to any dish. If you can't find tinned black beans, use dried. Or if you prefer to use tinned, try borlotti, pinto or kidney beans in this recipe.

Lentil Soup

Recipe by Giada De Laurentiis from Everyday Italian

Method

1. Heat the oil in a heavy large pot over medium heat. Add the onion, carrots, and celery. Add the garlic, salt, and pepper and saute until all the vegetables are tender, about 5 to 8 minutes. Add the tomatoes with their juices. Simmer until the juices evaporate a little and the tomatoes break down, stirring occasionally, about 8 minutes. Add the lentils and mix to coat. Add the broth and stir. Add the thyme sprigs. Bring to a boil over high heat. Cover and simmer over low heat until the lentils are almost tender, about 30 minutes.

2. Stir in the pasta. Simmer until the pasta is tender but still firm to the bite, about 8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.

3. Ladle the soup into bowls. Sprinkle with the Parmesan, drizzle with olive oil, and serve.

SALAD DRESSINGS

Cilantro-Lime Vinaigrette

This sugar free salad dressing is loaded with fresh cilantro, freshly squeezed lime juice (can substitute lemon juice, good, but not as good) and garlic. Can you just taste the freshness? For those of us who are really into good food, we would describe this as green, fresh and smooth due to the olive oil. Make this once a week and refrigerate as you would store bought dressings, in a sealed container. Should last you the whole week.

Sweet Dijon Salad Dressing

Here is a very simple, straightforward Dijon mustard based sugar free salad dressing as another alternative for your vegetables or your salad. This one can be made without any sweetener, but a pinch of salt and pepper instead. That's if you like a little spicy tartness to your salad dressing. Can be made in no time at all. Make sure to make ahead of time so that it can be served chilled.

Avocado Ranch Salad Dressing

Avocado is a bit like potato chips, "you can't just eat one" serving. If you love avocados and are now focused on learning more about portion control, this is test number 1 - can you actually use only 1/4 cup in a recipe? We're betting that you can! Remember, it is one of sources of mono-unsaturated fats (45 calories per 1oz or 2 Tbsp). Hey, but if you love avocados and ranch dressing, this Avocado Ranch Salad Dressing is for you!

Ginger Salad Dressing

Ginger is one of those good for just about everything kind of spices. How can you go wrong with minced ginger as a big part of this salad? Okay, maybe try the Lite Soy Sauce instead to reduce the sodium levels. Beyond that, we've got garlic, ginger, mustard, olive oil, lemon juice...what's not to like in this one? You've got to try it!

Lemon Salad Dressing

A simple lemon based sugar free salad dressing that will always taste great! No Kosher salt in the cupboard? Use regular salt to taste. The great thing about these dressings is that they can also be used on steamed vegetables, not just salads.

Spinach, Chickpeas and Sweet Potato - by Sarah Wilson

•Sweet potato (Roasted)

•Coconut oil

•2 large cloves garlic

•1/2 onion

•1/2 tin of chickpeas

•Fresh spinach (Frozen if it’s hard to get your hands on fresh)

•1/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk (You barely notice the coconut milk since it’s really just an accent, but you could always use broth if you’re not into coconut or if want it to be even lighter.)

•Harissa spice** (A dash of Cajun spice will also do, which then makes it Springtime in New Orleans)

•Salt

Chop up and roast a whole sweet potato. If you’re doing it on the stove top, dice it fairly finely so it will cook quickly (do not remove the skin). Heat the oil and when it’s very hot, add the sweet potato. Once it’s nicely browned (the oil must be very hot so it will brown), turn the heat way down, cover it and let it cook about 10 minutes. (Use this basic technique for roasting ALL vegs on the stove top). Remove from pan. In same pan sautee the garlic and onion adding a little more oil as necessary. Add chickpeas and with a fork, in the pan, crush most of the chickpeas leaving only a few whole. Then add the coconut milk, then spinach (don’t skimp here as it wilts down to nothing), spices and salt. Stir just until the spinach has wilted. Add the sweet potato back in. It will keep for several days, so make lots.

10 ways to sweeten food without sugar - From Sarah Wilsons Blog

One of the main tricks I share for quitting sugar is to get used to using other sweeteners (but only healthy ones).

•crushed berries…instead of jam. Crush some fresh or frozen berries (perhaps with a little stevia; I find frozen ones work) and spread on toast.

•vanilla powder… with yoghurt instead of icecream. In my ebook I share other tips, including where to buy the stuff.

•cinnamon…instead of sugar in your coffee. Try adding a dash of it to coffee as it brews. Toss it into the french press or coffee maker and let it infuse into the grinds.

•coconut flesh and flakes...to sweeten porridge.

•licorice root tea…in chocolate treats and baked things. A small teaspoon of the root (ie not after it’s made up into tea) adds instant sweetness.

•almond milk. The bought stuff is usually full of added sugar. Which is dumb because it really doesn’t need it. “Because of their sweet tasting oil (almonds) can trick our taste buds into thinking sugar’s present. Add it to tea as well as smoothies and you’ll likely use far less sweetener.”

•coconut oil.…as a snack after lunch. As Huffington Post writes, the mind makes such a strong “sweet” association with the scent of coconut, that even when there is no sugar present (like in the coconut oil) the mouth senses “sweet”. Look for the pure, virgin kind sold at most health oriented stores. I literally scoop it straight from the jar for an after lunch treat. I’ll post on this in the future. (see below for Huff Post’s spinach and sweet potato recipe cooked with coconut oil)

•cook onion…to sweeten pasta sauces. I love this tip: Many savory foods have loads of sugar added. This is especially true for foods with a tomato base due to tomato’s acidity. Sweeten with LOTS of cooked onion instead. Let them caramelize on the stove top until they’re deeply golden, their sugar oozing out…

•apple sauce...to sweeten muffins. Apples still contain fructose, but in moderation they’re fine and can substitute for sugar in muffins etc. Huff Post advises cutting back a little on the liquid, and/or add a few minutes to the baking time, and go 1:1 with the sugar to apple sauce substitution.

•roast vegetables...instead of dessert. Eat the roasted vegs at the end of the meal and you will be far less in need of a sweet. The most dessert-like ones: sweet potato, squash, beets and carrots.

2012 - Its Here and its Real

I have read books, listened to Podcast, viewed numerous You Tube Videos, researched at the library and enjoyed every minute regarding 2012.

Are your really aware we are sitting on Mother Earth? Are you really aware everyday that she is alive? And her heart is burning in the core of earth? Or do you just get up every morning, moan, groan, have your coffee, get dressed, maybe argue with your loved ones and go about your day and repeat it over and over again?

People are ignorant, shrug their shoulders and come up with their own theory formed by their ego and continue to debate with me about 2012.
Knowledge is power, not something you just make up and have an opinion about, open your mouth and blurt out with big words... Yes I will nod at you, smile and pretend to agree.. but it does not work....

2012 is a massive year for personal and global transformation.

Why are so many challenged by crumbling systems at this time on Earth? The effects of these changes are already moving through our world and will play out now in this pivotal year.

The forthcoming and current massive shifts in consciousness are:

•The appreciation of healers and birth of powerful new modalities in that arena as a symbol of self-healing becoming finally valued within the majority

•Evolutions in communication

•Individual and governmental responsibility where leadership is concerned
•Planetary changes

•The Redistribution and balancing of wealth and earning potential for the majority in the more immediate future
